I look no further than RIO whenever I need new tippet. This stuff always works flawlessly, as long as my knots do!
For the trout guys, pick some up in 5x, 6x, and 7x and be covered for all situations!

Great tippet and does the trick to extend leader life and set up dropper rigs.

I pair RIO Powerflex tippet with RIO leaders and the fish can't stay off. I've always preferred RIO over Umpqua or Orvis. I like Powerflex for dries, and I step up to fluoroflex when nymphing or throwing streamers

      Gets those flys presented!

Gets the job done and done well, my go to for tippet

Not quite as strong as fluoro, but it does the job. It's just your standard nylon leader.

            no issues

This tippet is easy to work with and does everything I expect from it.

              Wonderful product RIO!

Love this Tippet! If I am building a leader or simply replacing the tippet end of the line this is my go to. Incredibly strong, supple and responsive. I have it in 3,4,5, & 6X.

              Does the job!

I"ve Caught several fish with this tippet.0x-6x I use it while dry flying or just nypming and it works. It holds knots very well, haven't had any issues with powerflex so i'll continue using it.

I only use RIO tippet. It is strong and spools lock together nicely.

                Good tippet

I always take this tippet with me when I go fish the 1x-8x. It has caught me plenty of fish and I can trust it. Holds knots strong and good overall tippet strength!

                Does the job.

Doesn't last as long as fluoro, but nylon gets the job done at about half the price. I prefer the rio tippet spools as they lock together well and they don't unspool easily thanks to the elastic cover.

                Awesome tippet.

I stick with rio because the spools are so easily managed. The spools all lock together tight and make for an easy to use system.

Tippet is tippet, but I prefer Rio to other brands I've tried. The spools lock together tighter and easier than other brands, and they're slightly larger than some, which makes them easier to deal with when you're wobbling in the current.

                  Good Tippet

This is the only tippet I use

Have fished Orvis tippet, Trout Hunter Tippet, Scientific Angler Tippet, and Umpqua Tippet and yet I still reside with Rio Tippets.

I use the mono powerflex tippet from Rio mainly as a leader extender and replacer. Also I tend to use it mainly on all of my hopper rigs as Mono tends to float a bit better than Fluoro does. I am also never worried about spooking fish if I am slapping some hoppers on the water and this is always a great choice.

Also 4x and 5x from Rio has landed me and my clients some surprisingly large fish based on the size we were using. For example this Rainbow a client caught on 5x....
