MTNPig - Wide Snowboard

A beefed up version of the ever popular Warpig, the Ride MTNPig Wide Snowboard is designed to get you from the top of big lines to the bottom of your favorite lift with stability, control, and confidence. This directional board boasts a super stable Directional Hybrid Camber profile, an easily controlled medium flex, and carbon infused glass for confidence inducing torsional rigidity. Additionally, the wide size helps prevent toe drag on hard toe side turns for riders with larger feet.

The Directional Hybrid Camber profile features a large camber section from underfoot to underfoot for powerful energy transfer to the edges and in turn solid edge hold. Outside of the camber section, a large rocker section from the inserts to the tip floats effortlessly over pow and helps you initiate turns while a short rocker profile behind your back foot allows the edge to be broken free for quick manuevering and corrections in tight trees or on busy groomers.

To achieve the responsive medium flex that allows for easy turn initiation and solid stability at speed, the MTNPig features a full length wood core that blends aspen, bamboo, and paulownia. This combination, when sandwiched by carbon infused glass and urethane Slimewall sidewalls, creates a lightweight, poppy, and durable board that rides smoothly in all snow conditions.
