    Wade with confidence.

The Redington Men's Prowler Rubber Wading Boot provides adequate footing to wade deep and make turbulent river crossings. Their synthetic upper is reinforced with rubber overlays for better durability and is quick to drain, so you aren't lugging around a bunch of extra water weight when you walk up to the next hole. Their PU midsole is durable, without being too heavy, and the sticky rubber sole clings to slick river bottoms for a secure feel when wade out to work the next seam.

    • Synthetic upper with rubber overlays
    • Mesh lining
    • Lace closure
    • Polyurethane midsole
    • Sticky rubber sole (stud compatible)

    Great fit!

Just got mine in the mail. Put them on and they feel great! I wear a 12 an the sizing chart said to order a 13. So I did. When I pulled them out of the box they looked huge! Way to big. But when I tried them on they fit perfect. Room in the toe box but not too much. I like how high they go up. Feel good on the ankle. We like to hike way into the backcountry to find trout. These feel like they will get the job done.

      Great fit!

      Great Entry Level Boots

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought these as my first pair of wading boots and paired them with the Redington Palix River waders. I am very impressed with these boots so far and they perform very well. The only downside is that the laces have started to fray a little bit, but nothing too major. If I could change anything, I would probably put some sort of boa system on the boot. However, this is an entry level boot. I love these boots and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a good entry level pair of wading boots. I have used these boots for up to nine hours at a time on the river and my feet never get sore. They don't break the bank so upgrading them after a season or two should be no problem.

      Canyon crawling

I bought these for myself last year and so far I have good things to say. Great rubber grip and the wide toe box is handy for wearing warmer socks. I’ve shimmied down into canyons, hike mountain trails, and waded within throwing distance to the car with these boots. The one downside is they seem to take forever to dry. That being said, these are the best boots for the price. Very lightweight and easy to get on and off. Sizing is spot on as well. Be sure to check the sizing guides and go from there.

        Great Wading Boots!

        • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I purchased these for my husband, and they are great wading boots! He said they are really easy to walk in, and don't weigh him down while crossing the river or walking to his next fishing spot. They have excellent grip for him, and have been really durable.
They are true to size, they have room to accommodate your waders already, so I would go with your regular street shoe size in these and you'll be set!
