Synthetic insulation stays warm in the moisture-riddled environments that the alpine is known for, and it lasts a lot longer for seasons on seasons of backpacking. Rab made this bag as light as possible with ultralight nylon ripstop fabrications, minimal zipping, and discrete draft tubes around the adjustable hood for the snug coverage you need in cold places.
