Too small, too big

I really loved the design of this skirt. Loved the zipper in front being the full length of the skirt and there are lots of zippered pockets. The material is quite nice and I really liked the fleece liner. Such a great winter skirt to throw on with leggings. Problem is the skirt is not true to size. The small was too snug, would be more suited for xtra-small and the medium was way too big. I am a size 4-6, 5’5” tall and weigh 125. Please make this true to size!
