Bring a bit of Andean beauty with you.

The Fair Trade, Peruvian-made Pistil Women's Andina Belt boasts a gorgeous, hand-embroidered floral design. Sure, it holds your trousers in place or sets off your waistline when you wear a shirtdress ... but it's also a conversation-starter and a piece of art.

Beautiful but not that useful for me

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I love the look and feel of this belt but the holes are so far apart that it is either too tight or too loose. And unlike a leather belt, you can't just make a new hole where you need it to be. I have a 28" waist and got a medium and probably should have gotten a small, but even then the holes should be closer together for a better fit.

Awesome belt!

I believe this is my favorite pistil belt, I own 3. It is slightly smaller than all my other pistil belts. I bought it in a size small. I wear size 26 or 27 in silver jeans. 5’4” 134lb

I love this belt!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small

This is a beautiful belt and has so many colors in it that it matches almost everything. A very nice change from my plain black and brown leather belts. I have always wanted one of these and just never saw one anywhere before this. It fits well, but the size small is definitely that -- especially considering a lot of jeans are low-waisted these days. I can only wear it on the first holes and I am a size 2-4.

Pistil Andina belt

  • Fit: True to size

This belt is a show stopper, being hand-made and fair trade, each one is unique, matches just about everything and anything.

Trying to decipher the size chart. Should we size up on the Pistil wool belts? I have a 30.5" natural waste. Does that make me a medium?
