The Jetforce UL 20L Avalanche Airbag Backpack is the lightest airbag pack from Pieps, and one of the lightest in the entire backcountry market. Its Alpride 2.0 system utilizes two small cartridges combining argon and CO2 gasses that weigh less than most avalanche airbags both electronic and cartridge-deployed. You can switch the deploy trigger on either shoulder strap, and the leg strap is detachable for easier attachment. The pack itself attaches skis, helmets, and ice axes outside to leave room inside for avy gear, a layer or two, and smaller items.
