A stealthy alternative to traditional headlamps, the Petzl TacTikka Plus RGB Headlamp shines in red, blue, and green when you're flying under the radar after dark. This multi-colored proximity light is especially useful for hunting and tactical training where subdued lighting is essential. It's powered by three AAA batteries for convenience, and also works with Petzl's rechargeable Core battery (not included).
It packs a traditional white LED, so you can shine brightly when you're not worried about blowing your cover. In white LED mode, 250 lumens of brilliant illumination penetrates up to 70 meters when you're navigating across swaths of dark, foreboding wilderness. Battery life is excellent, lasting an impressive 260 hours on its lowest white light, and 60 hours on its red/green/blue setting. For emergency scenarios where visibility is paramount, the colored strobe alerts passing hikers and rescue personnel.
