No pain no gain doesn't apply here.
Longer and more demanding rides require comfortable shorts if you want to perform at your best. While a great set of bibs might not be what holds you back from the top step of the podium or snagging a pesky KOM, riding in discomfort because of ill-fitting bibs or a clapped-out chamois doesn’t help either. Pearl Izumi's Pro Pursuit Graphic Bib Short for men are designed for the performance-driven cyclist, combining technical fabrics and a comfortable chamois so the only thing hurting will be the competition.
Pearl builds the Pro Pursuit from P.R.O. Transfer In-R-Cool material with Coldblack technology. It provides just the right amount of stretch for muscle support preventing undue fatigue on long days in the saddle. When the pace and temps heat up, the fabric effortlessly wicks moisture away keeping you cool and dry. The bib uppers are constructed from lightweight, airy, and fast-drying P.R.O. Transfer Direct Vent mesh while the leg bands feature an applied silicone grip material to keep the hem securely in place without constriction.
These bibs sport Pearl Izumi's P.R.O. Pursuit 1:1 Chamois with multi-density foams creating supportive cushioning in key areas while remaining very lightweight. The smooth top sheet sandwiches the foam layers while the perforated backing fabric adds ventilation helping you stay calm, cool, and collected on the hottest ride.

- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I recently rode the RAMROD (Ride Around Mt Rainier in One Day). It's 150 miles in one day which takes about 10 hours in the saddle. The temps were between 80 and 95. These bibs were great. No chafe. no soreness. low profile but super effective
