Its four-way stretch fabric works with the gusseted construction to ensure full mobility in this slim-fitting short.

  • Four-way stretch fabric with DWR finish for water-resistance
  • Gusseted, articulated, and slim fit ensures full mobility
  • 50+ UPF sun protection shields skin from harmful sun rays

Perfect for hiking!

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Balkan Blue

I purchased these as part of a wedding gift for my brother in law to be use on his honeymoon where they planned to do a lot of hiking. They have recently returned from this trip and he has reported that the shorts were a hit. Well designed, well made, very comfortable, and a perfect all around short. He will be using these all summer long!

An everything short

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 33

These shorts fit incredible well. I had been looking into getting some rock climbing shorts and I stumbled across the blue shorts. I know a lot of professional rock climbers use Patagonia shorts.
I've been rock climbing three times up Big Cottonwood Canyon in Utah and each time these pants have given me all ranges of motions. The built in belt helps with keeping a comfortable loose fit. They are a great pant for sunny days on the crag or walking down main street.
