I ordered and received two Patagonia vests to add to several I owned (purchased previously from other vendors), all size small. One, in brown, was fine, and it fit identically to my previous items. The second (purple) was stretched out of shape and was larger in fit, especially at arm holes and waist. The presence of a tied on tag, along with the condition of the item, led me to suspect that it had previously been worn. Therefore, I do not recommend Backcountry, and I will not purchase from this vendor in the future.

This vest is warm yet thin. Fit is great and very comfortable.

This is a great vest to wear under a jacket as it's super thin and doesn't feel bulky under a jacket. I usually wear a large in this brand but wanted to go a size down and honestly the fit is amazing.

I ordered this sweater & instead was sent goretex shorts. I called them immediately to request a replacement & they were unable to send what I actually ordered in place. Very disappointed in my first experience with back country, will not be working with this company again.

Have had this vest for a year-or-so now. I'm a bit disappointed. The sizing is good ... the vest is warm ... however, the fabric is pileing and the looks of the vest now is not-so-good. Would not re-purchase. Am 6'1' and 185 lbs and the fit is fine.

For the cost, and for the brand, you'd expect it not to start pilling after three wears, but here we are. It's satisfactorily warm in air conditioned offices though.

Really liked the overall fit and size of the vest. I like that is blends in well with office attire and easily works as an extra base layer for the colder days. This is not my first Patagonia product, the sizing works for me.

This was a birthday gift for my Dad, who has now said he wants it in every other color. He wears it to work over a button up or more casually around town. Super warm and fits true to size.

Great Vest, all the best parts of the jacket (style, warmth, comfort) without the negative (tight sleeves). I love wearing this over a flannel button up when going out for a drink in cooler weather.
