Pro: water resistant / Con: not very breathable
Pro: water resistant and snow resistant (Not waterproof) Con: not very breathable because of the lining inside of the hat. The hat would get wet if you sweat. (Yukon Cap is more breathable than Wilson Yukon Cap) It's warm enough above 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 degree Celsius) if it is not windy and you are walking (light exercise). If it is very windy, the ear flaps will not cover your ears well. If it is below the freezing point, a beanie inside or outside this hat will greatly help. If you want to wear a beanie inside this hat, buy one size larger than you would normally wear. If you wear a beanie outside this hat, the beanie can cover the ear flaps so the ear flaps will not be away from your ears when it's windy.

Too big, not adjustable, flaps dont 't cover ears
I wear this hat when I'm walking my dog, but not on windy days. All my hats and helmets are size medium, but this medium hat is way to big, so it won't stay on in any kind of wind. The ear flaps are too short to cover my ears or to help keep the hat on. Other wise it is a cute hat that doesn't do much.

Comfortable cap!
Being that hats - like all clothes - fit differently..; this is one of those hats that fits just right! The ear-flaps make it quite versatile...

Cozy and stylish.
This hat is so cozy. Keeps me so warm almost too warm but that's ok because you can just convert it for comfort. Nothing negative that I can find about this product. Great all around.

Just OK - not a fit for me
Hat seems to be made OK, but , I ordered a small which was very tight, then I ordered a medium which was too big, no in between for me. Had to return both

Buy It!
This hat is cute, practical and versatile! I wear it on ski tours, winter dog walks, and around the bonfire/campfire. 10/10 recommend.

Great two- function cold weather hat!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I like a hat w/ a bill to wear for shade from the sun, even when the weather is cold. This hat serves that purpose well. I've worn it in single digit temps when the wind was howling ... it kept my head and ears warms. Its comfortable enough that I've worn it on cold nights in my sleeping bag. I would buy again but don't think I'll need to. I expect it to last many years. Bruce G.

Warm, Comfy, and Looks great
I needed a hat that was more than a baseball cap but less than a beanie. This filled that gap perfectly. I use it for ski coaching so i can hear without having a helmet on. Fits great when going down to the bottom of the hill and keeps my head warm throughout races. It a comfy hat to have on and it receives lots of compliments too HA!

Comfortable and Warm
It's a great hat for those winter days when it's not to cold, just wish it had a draw string so you could make it a bit tighter if there's a bit of wind.
