Stay dry through heavy snowstorms and surf through hip-deep power with the Orage Women's Monarch 3-in-1 Jacket. Years in the making, this jacket integrates all of Orage's best fabrics and features for an unbeatable combination that functions in all weather conditions.

The Monarch shell is made from top-of-the-line Prime30 fabric that ensures the ultimate in waterproof breathability, so you stay dry through rain, sleet, snow, and anything else Mother Nature throws your way. The shell comes equipped with all the features you need to keep you comfortable whether you're carving up the resort or touring the backcountry. An integrated powder skirt prevents snow from sneaking up your jacket on days when the powder runs deep. An adjustable hood cinches down over your helmet for additional protection while you ride through stormy weather. Safety features, including a rescue whistle and a snow phone leash, help you ride easy, while specialized pockets keep all of your gear secure and accessible.

The removable insulator vest features a custom designed print by Canadian artist Cheryl Voisine. Filled with lofty down insulation, this vest provides critical warmth on days when the thermometer dips. It can be worn as a standalone piece whenever you need extra core warm or unique layering, or you can zip it into the shell for combined warmth and protection.

Love the monarch jacket

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

My boyfriend got me this jacket and I love it.
The shell is a very lightweight material, considering how waterproof it is and I appreciate that it's a bomber shell with some bells and whistles, but I can also crunch it down and fit it in my backpack (vs some other shells that are SO big and bulky that they take up your whole pack)
The integrated down jacket is also awesome and bonus to get an extra cute jacket that I wear as much on it's own as the shell.
The shell is fairly long, which I also like (no cold shots on the lower back when I un/buckle my boots every lift ride)
Some other nice little touches too like a soft fuzzy fabric in the hand pockets and by the chin
Only negative is that the zipper on the down jacket (when worn alone) gets caught in the fabric backing. the shell zipper works perfectly fine though so only a minor complaint
