PsychoTech 4/3 Hooded Wetsuit - Men's

Mother Nature has a pretty sadistic sense of humor, so she makes sure to align perfect waves with icy water, just to mess with you. The joke's on her, though, because O'Neill's PsychoTech 4/3 Men's Hooded Wetsuit makes it easy to shred chilly waves with its combination of warm and flexible neoprenes, high-tech features, and seriously watertight design that prevents flushing and freezing.

Seeing as it's O'Neill's top-shelf cold-water suit, the PsychoTech employs two of the company's finest neoprenes, TechnoButter 2 and TechnoButter 2 Air Firewall. The latter, a super warm and flexible material, makes up the majority of the torso to keep you comfortable in cold water, while the former is lighter and stretchier to provide unlimited mobility in the arms, legs, and shoulders. O'Neill arranged the panels with seamless paddle zones and a Lumbar Seamless Design to increase flexibility and decrease irritation, and joined them using waterproof, durable, and highly flexible Single Fluid Seam welding, which foregoes stitching for a smoother, warmer construction.

Staying warm in icy water is all about preventing flushing, so the PsychoTech made stopping leakage a serious priority. To that end, the Double Super Seal neck has an attached cinch-down hood, and the SuperSeal cuffs are finished with Plasma seals to form the snuggest seal you've ever seen. The F.U.Z.E. floating chest zip is easy to get in and out of, but its most important feature is the waterproof back panel, which blocks any water that sneaks through the zip and steers it out one of the strategic drain holes before it can drip into the suit and sap your precious heat.
