Ocean Kayak consulted a group of kayak anglers when it designed the bow of the Trident Ultra. The end result is a boat with moderate bow rocker and a pronounced tail fin to slice through choppy waves and track efficiently across open, flat water. To make your paddling experience more enjoyable, Ocean Kayak attached a Click Seal hatch in the bow to store extra layers, food, and gear, as well as a large stern tank well that is shaped to fit Ocean Kayak's Ice Box Storage Pod (sold separate).
