    Throw like a pro.

Regardless of how big or how small the whitewater may be, the potential for a rescue situation is a reality every time you put in. Be prepared to throw a rope with the NRS Pro Compact Rescue Bag. The 70 feet of burly Dyneema rope gives you plenty of distance, and the flared top makes the bag easy to throw.

    • 70 feet of 1/4-inch Dyneema rope provides a maximum strength of 2,608 pounds
    • Burly Cordura bag floats and has reflective tape for improved visibility
    • Mesh panels allow water to drain and the rope to dry
    • Flared top design makes the bag easy to throw and reload
    • Barrel lock closure keeps the rope securely stowed between uses

    Safety Line

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought a pack-a-raft this summer and grabbed this throw bag to use when needed. Haven't needed it yet - but knowing NRS quality, I'm sure it will work like a charm when I do need it!

    No Better Bag. Period.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you work rivers, you know, the NRS Compact is the best out there. Period.

    Great Throwbag

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

NRS never disappoints. I used this throw bag as a river guide on the salmon river all summer. It was the perfect size to strap on the back on my boat and was easy to access when needed. I loved the bright yellow color, as it was always easy to spot. Even after lots of heavy use, the color hasn't faded and it's stayed in top shape, with little wear and tear.

Always have it, never wanna use it

This goes on me with every trip, duh. I've only ever "used it" a few times, but you know it's gonna be a good throw when it's an NRS bag. I also use this bag for haul systems thanks to it's dyneema weave.

Love it so much this is my second

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

NRS has never failed me and this product holds true to their name. I have purchased this before and needed to replace an old one. I have not had to use this yet but it goes with my favorite saying "I would rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it"

      Awesome product, does it's job.

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

So far from what I have used it for, it is good. Haven't had to put it through too much yet... Hope to keep it that way!
