Let 'em breathe.
You know what they say: "Those with full-fingered gloves can't tie knots." It's on this principle that NRS designed the 3/4-finger Axiom Men's Glove, and it certainly makes sense if you're trying to take pictures, lash things to your boat, or feel the flow of the river better. Of course, it helps that the Axiom is made of moisture-wicking H2Core Silkweight fabric, has UPF-45+ protection, and a super-grippy Amara synthetic leather palm.

- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I picked up the NRS Axium glove on sale this spring and having used it a time or two have a very positive first impression. I am curious to see if these stand the test of the time as the seams of any paddle glove are most certainly strained. They are very comfortable and have sufficient cushion at common contact points in the palm. As one would hope and expect the material is very moisture tolerant. I have used paddle gloves in the past that become rigid after use, and that is certainly not the case with these. I've found I genuinely trust NRS products. These gloves are excellent quality for the cost.
