Welcome the off-season.
The Nalini Men's Double XWarm Jacket was bred to shine on crisp, late fall days, when fog still pools in the valleys and the sun, try as it might, will never quite succeed at warming up the air. As your tires roll over carpets of leaves, those colder nights, earlier sunsets, and grayer skies hint at the end of race season, and the beginning of off-season diets and [mostly] diligent base mile training. The Double XWarm's three-layer Air Moa Xwarm shell takes you away from thermal jerseys and into the realm of heavier baselayers, wind tights, and shoe covers, all while maintaining the clean, classic Italian style Nalini delivers each season.
Though this jacket features a three-layer construction, it remains impressively streamlined and light. Cut to follow your body movements in a riding position, the jacket follows Nalini's race fit, albeit one that's designed for layering in colder temps. The Air Moa Xwarm shell fabric comes with a Moa Manto W.R.T. treatment and a Moa Mantotex membrane, both proprietary finishes from Nalini, which equip it to repel fog, rain, and even the occasional snow shower with ease. The fabric also blocks wind, and added touches like a zipper wind flap and closely tailored collar aim to protect you when you have no choice but to ride directly into an icy headwind. In case the sun does manage to warm up the air, ventilation panels along the front of the jacket allow for extra airflow, while three rear pockets and ample reflective accents keep your stuff safe and you more visible to motorists when you're out on the roads.
