Mystery Ranch Back Pack
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Love this pack. I ordered it just before an intense 5 day back country back packing trip down into and across the Grand Canyon. It took few try's to get it fitted correctly, but once that was done I didn't have to readjust again. The bag was large enough to carry everything I needed for the trip plus extra. The only downsize I found was the sleeping bag compartment is really tight. I am now buying a more compactable sleeping bag to see it that takes care of the problem. My sister in law also bought the same pack to take on this trip and we both found the pack to be very sturdy and tough. They were laid on rocks, scraped against rough terrain, sat on and napped on it and not a mark on them. I did wash it on gentle in the washing machine (not for sure if that is recommended) and hung it up to dry. It came out looking like new. We can't wait to use our packs again in a few months.
