If you are looking for an easy meal over a weekend trip I love the mountain house meals. All you need is a jetboil or stove and water. No need to bring along a cooler or worry if you have enough ice. They also do taste pretty good!

I hike, climb and camp. Mountain House is by far the best option I have found as far as taste, quality and value. Beef stew is definitely one of my favorites.

I love these things. This is one of my favorites though. It's a hearty stew that tastes great. They are wonderful backpacking meals as well as car camping meals.
