Light speed, engage.

Whether it's your daily neighborhood run or a two-week trek in the woods, the Mountain Hardwear Men's Photon Zip T-Shirt will never hold you back. Its long-sleeve design fights off the chill when you set out on the trail early in the morning, while the highly breathable fabric keeps you from overheating during tough ascents. It also wicks sweat and dries rapidly to fend off heat- and comfort-robbing moisture, and it is engineered with stretch to allow easy movement when you're moving fast or shouldering a heavy pack. If things get a little stuffy, unzip the front panel for an instant burst of cooling airflow.

  • Technical tee for running, hiking, and backpacking
  • Stretch Grid fabric wicks sweat and dries quickly
  • Mechanical stretch for easy and comfortable movement
  • Quarter-zip for quick ventilation

Love the blue

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I bought the bright blue version of this shirt and I love it. It's definitely a bold color but it's so different than the grays and blacks I traditionally wear so I like the change. The shirt is good quality and has held up with with multiple washes.

Happy Gift Receiver!

Gave this to my dad for the holidays and I can confirm he found a new fav shirt! Lightweight so he can wear in the winter with some layers or in the warmer temps.

    Nice shirt

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

This shirt seemed really nice, but I gave it as a gift and the person wasn’t super excited so I returned it. Blue color was nice in person.

    Lightweight Technical Baselayer

I just got this for my dad and he's stoked to wear it all winter for hiking, skiing, and being outdoors!

      Good value

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size

Took on a trek in Africa was invaluable and functional worked as described

      Strange sleeves

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Fit: True to size

The sleeves on this shirt are super loose, long, and the wrist closure just doesn't exist so that the shirt rides halfway up the back of my hand to my knuckles. I cannot imagine using this shirt for climbing or during cool windy conditions. These are fatal flaws IMO for a performance garment. I have no idea what Mountain Hardwear has in mind for this shirt. The OR Echo is essentially the same shirt with better, though not great, sleeves.

Absolutely right, Robert 1 I'm returning the same shirt for the same reason . Love BC but this one wasn't designed quite right !

      How to Measure:
All measurements correspond to equivalent body measurements, not the dimensions of the garment. For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure from the center of your back to your wrist with arms held out.
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
