- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have used Motorex Bike Shine for more than 5 years. It is easy to get an incredible shine that looks like the bike is still wet right after being washed. I have been racing and riding for a very long time and with a combo of the Simple Green foam, a hose, and this stuff you can have you bike looking new in 5 minutes. The only caution is to keep it off the braking surfaces (or wipe them down right after applying). And chain maintenance is a whole separate issue and this won't help with that.
You can use it on your frame obviously, but it makes your components, bar tape and saddle look great too. If you are in a wet or dusty environment, the shine may only last a few rides, but even after the wet and shiny look wears out it seems to me like it repels dirt for a week or two longer. A can lasts a while, but buy a few because you will miss it when it runs out.
