Looks great, but that is all

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I was excited to get this bottle. I walk and hike a lot. And my type of work I am going different places. Problem is that the lid leaks. I not only had iced coffee spill all over in my bag (I thought I had not tightened) but the next time I sat my bag on my bed and then ran out the door. The lid leaked coffee all over my bag, my bedspread, my futon mattress. I use this now only around the house

This water bottle definitely keeps liquids hot or cold for a really long time. The handle adds a unique appearance, but whenever you’re went to screw the lid on or off it gets stuck and it’s a bit annoying. It’s still a really good water bottle tho.

    Keeps it warm

Gave this as a gift to my sister and she can confirm it keeps the coffee hot. She loves it! Would gift again!

keeps me hydrated at the office

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought this to remind me to drink water on a daily basis, and something that I like is fill the bottle with cold water in the morning and it maintains cold until I finish. Also, is easy to clean, so I don't have more excuses to not drink water.

      Cute and works great!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Most double wall vacuum insulated cups do a great job of keeping my coffee hot for hours. Mizu doesn't disappoint! The little rope that they tied between the lid and the cup is a little in the way when unscrewing the lid, so I just took it off. I don't have a problem keeping track if my lid, so no big deal. Love the design! Overall, a great product.

Aesthetics are great. Did you notice when the weather is cold, the bottle is hot? That's the "insulation" not working... if the wringer means carrying it to work every day, its pretty overpriced/overkill. If going outside is your thing, skip it.

Ryan- no, I haven't had an issue with it at all. Works just as well as my Hydro Flask and my Kleen Kanteen products, but is a nicer design. I personally wouldn't take any double walled products on a backpacking trip since I try to pack a lightweight as possible. But its great for office/home/travel/sporting events, etc. Works exactly as advertised!

      I love this thing

I got this about a month ago and i love it! I have always been a die hard Hydroflask guy but this bottle preforms as good/if not better than those hydros. I have used it for coffee as well as ice water. The ice cubes will stay solid for hours and my coffee stays almost too hot to drink. The lid at first was a little weird because it is attached by a string but you eventually get use to it. Let me know if you have any questions about this product.

This bottle looks good and its a good amount of liquid (22oz). If you buy the extra coffee mug lid it makes a hell of a tumbler. At 40 dollars, one expects you get a great performing thermos too. (Spoiler, you don't).

Don't mistake this for a functional thermos. It isn't.

The "insulated" lid provides very little insulation and the bottle cools off very fast as a result.
If you fill the bottle with hot water, the lid gets -very hot-. If you take it out of your 60 degree house in a pack into cold temperatures, all the heat comes out the lid of the bottle and you've got cold liquid much sooner than one would desire/expect. My cheap 20 dollar rei bottle puts this insulated bottle to shame. Its a dog of a performer. I reached out to Mizu. First they told me my bottle was defective. Then they told me they were a small company and bros just like me. Then they blew me off. What they didn't do, was fix their expensive underperforming "insulated" bottle.
