Ultralight Offset Master Cam Rack

This trad rack of six Metolius Ultralight Offset Master Cams will only add twelve ounces to your climbing gear, and it lets you place in spots you'd never be able to protect with normal cams. With smaller lobes on one side and larger ones on the other, these cams can fit in perpendicular sections on splitter cracks, flares, and pin scars. Metolius made them 40% lighter than the current model of Master Cams by thinning the stems and replacing the slings with Monster slings. Monster slings are ultralight and extremely supple; they have a life span of 5 years, at the most, and Metolius made them easy and inexpensive to replace. Just like most Metolius cams, the larger Ultralight Offset Master Cams have range finders on the lobes to help you find the correct placement. The lobes also have stops to double as passive placements to give as much peace of mind as you can muster when the cams are tipped ever so slightly.
