Puffy pup.

Yeah, kids are pretty fickle but they also can be fairly predictable and while you may not understand in full how the only thing he wants to eat are questionable chicken nuggets (no ketchup, just honey) and warm, buttered noodles (no pepper, just salt), at least you know he'll always want to wear his Marmot Boy's Vancouver Down Jacket. Built to be kid friendly, the Vancouver provides both ample protection and superior warmth with its 700-fill water resistant down and durable exterior. The removable hood and elastic drawcord hem caters to his inconsistent temperature qualms while the various pockets assure maximum storage for the random knick-knacks that he astutely finds along the trail or on the playground.

Warm jacket, hood is not zippered

  • Fit: True to size

The jacket is very good quality. My son says its very warm. The only problem he has with it, is the hood. It keeps coming off. Its not zippered, the buttons keep coming off. I have to buy a new one for him this year, just for that reason.

Winter heavy hitter

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size

This is a heavy duty winter coat and a bit more than we needed. Great styling and the fabric feels more durable than most down jackets. Only issue is the way the sides of the hood stick out.
