Arguably, there's nothing more uncomfortable than wearing a pair of stiff pants on the skin track. So do yourself a favor and don the Marmot Women's Kate Pant when your slope-side activities call for unrestricted mobility. The Kate features Marmot's M1 material which is not only waterproof and breathable, but also windproof and stretchy. The articulated, slim fit offers a sleek look that's equally stylish as it is practical, while the faux hand pockets provide a tailored illusion. Internal gaiters keep snow out of your ski boots, while the ankle zippers provide easy access to ski boots.

Excellent quality!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wore these all day in a blizzard. Zero dampness and the fleece layer is incredibly warm. Comfortable and stylish, they feel like warring your favorite yoga pants!

Favorite ski pants
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second pair and the upgrades are nice. Seems like they fit better and there are more functional pockets. Overall favorite ski pants! I have a narrow frame, for reference.

Not snowboarding pants
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit terribly, way too tight in thigh and waist, and the material feels more like you’d wear for a hike, not for snow. I ordered the slope star and those fit much better.

Great fit! Size up for flexibility.
These were exactly the fit I was looking for. Slim fit, lined and a zipper for ski boots. I ordered two sizes: L and XL. I am typically a 12 or a L in other pants, including ski pants. I ended up keeping the XL. The XL fit a little big but will allow for a layer in the winter and can easily wear a belt. The L fit but was like a tight jean and not comfortable for a lot of movement. I would say the model picture fit like the L did on me but try bending down to buckle boots!

Cute.....
The pants are super cute and flattering, but TIGHT! For reference, I'm 5'7", 132lbs--athletic, slim build. I'm a sz 2 or 4 pants in literally all brands and normally wear a small in snow pants. I was able to get the small on, but they fit like very tight boot cut jeans. If you are looking to wear these for looks and zero activity, then these are for you, but I bought them for skiing. It felt like if I bent over too fast, I'd bust a seam, let alone do any athletic activity in them. The next size up may be better, but the small waist fit fine--it's the thighs that were TIGHT (my legs are on average to slimmer side--not very muscular at all). I ended up going with the small in the slopestar--not as flattering, but way more practical for my purposes.

Nice pants but really small
The pants are a nice weight and soft. Unfortunately, they run super small and I couldn’t even get them on! For reference I’m 5’4” and 113lbs, slender build, usually a size 0. I had ordered xs. They seem to also run short which works great for ladies of normal height (a lot of ski pants are way too long). I would suggest ordering a size up for sure.
