Mammut designed the Women's Ridge High GTX Boot specifically for iron grip while via ferrata climbing, but that doesn't limit this boot's all-around backpacking capabilities. A memo-foam pre-shaped tongue offers a comfortable and secure fit, while a Gore-Tex Comfort Footwear membrane helps protect your feet from the elements. The lightweight Ridge High GTX offers direct, close proximity to the ground for ultimate stability and feel. The high top provides plenty of ankle support when your pack is heavy.
A Gripex Iron Grip sole with Sonar technology gives supreme traction whether you're utilizing the special iron-bar-hugging lugs and ribs on an intense via ferrata route or not. The Ridge High GTX uses External TPU Motion Control reinforcement for support where you need it most while travelling rugged terrain. FeetMap climate regulation helps keep your feet comfortable, even while you're hoofing it.
