The Mammut Nirvana 35L Backpack brings zen-like balance to the backcountry when you're touring for a day. It has a U-frame that keeps things stable even when you have skis or a snowboard attached, and the waist belt is detachable for quick "one-and-done" tours. This pack can also attach ice axes, ski poles, helmets, and trekking poles, leaving room inside for a hydration reservoir—which has its own dedicated sleeve—and all your personal necessities. You can access the main compartment through the back panel, even with a snowboard or skis attached, and the front compartment has organization for your shovel and probe. Skis can be carried A-frame style or diagonally, and a soft-lined goggle compartment keeps your eyewear safely accounted for.
