Laurin GTX Lo Approach Shoe

Trek from your parking spot to basecamp with ease in the durable, comfortable, and supportive Lowa Laurin GTX Lo Approach Shoe. The reinforced leather upper handles wear and tear day after day, while the classic lacing system locks your foot in place to limit irritation. For longer hikes the combination of a DuraPU heel and lightweight EVA forefoot combined with a climate control footbed provide the support and cushion you need to climb with confidence later that day. Finally a Vibram Mulaz sole grips everything from muddy to dusty trails with ease.

  • Burly approach shoe for missions on big walls of snow or rock
  • Leather upper with extra protection handles wear and tear
  • Gore-Tex lining fights off snow and moisture for dry feet
  • Climate control footbed wicks moisture off your feet
  • Combination midsole keeps your feet supportive and cushioned
  • Vibram Mulaz sole easily grips muddy and dusty trails
  • Lightweight feel saves your legs for the climb ahead

Perfect but slightly tight

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: 10

Out of the box these shoes are stunning. Style is great, comfort is exceptional with lots of cushioning and good side stability. The front is hard rubber to endure any toe stubbing on rocks. My only issue is I bought size 10 and they are a bit snug. My other pair of Garmont is also 10, and they fit perfect. I would trade for 10.5 but that size is sold out. Consider 1/2 size larger as these get narrow near toe box. Still, fantastic shoes and I hope to stretch them out a bit with use.
