Not carbon, terrible basket design.

- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I'm not sure how or why these are labeled "carbon" or state carbon shafts in the tech specs. They are aluminum, and they are heavy. Additionally, the baskets are prone to popping off and I lost one on my 3rd day of use, in the backcountry, in powder... leaving me kicking and sidehilling my way out of the backcountry with just one usable pole. Cannot recommend.
