Not just another bike light.
Short days and early sunsets may have you reaching for your trainer, but there's no need to give up on perfectly good tarmac just because of a little darkness with the Knog PWR Road 600 Headlight. This handy headlight produces a whopping 600-lumens to light your way, whether you're commuting after a long day in the office, or heading out for your daily ride after dusk. Like most bike lights, the PWR Road 600 has many modes for your different riding needs, but unlike most bike lights, the PWR Road 600 is completely modular, making it the ultimate multi-tasker of the bike light world, and setting it apart from the others that do little more than light up potholes.
The PWR Road 600 goes beyond the basic illumination to offer a power bank that comes along for the ride, giving you the charge you need to run your light for hours, or even charge other electronics, like cell phones, bluetooth speakers, and lanterns, making it the perfect accessory for an overnight bikepacking trip. Its head can be swapped with other heads, if you need brighter or dimmer lighting, eliminating the need for purchasing a whole hoard of lights, and the battery its self can also be swapped, so you can load up when you need more power.
All lighting modes on the PWR Road 600 are fully programmable, allowing you to pick what settings suit you best on the ModeMaker app, and upload them to the light to meet your needs. Instead of having to fumble for buttons when you need to swap modes, the light features a "twist-on-twist-off" adjustment that allows you to give the head a gentle twist to change modes, or power on and off. This makes shifting through lighting modes with gloves on a breeze. The light mounts to your bike using a side-mount that's easy to clip into, and can be adjusted to sit under or on top of your bar, depending on what real-estate is available, and your personal preferences.

Clamp is a disaster
The light is nice and substantial. The beam is powerful. But, the clamp needs to be redesigned. Attaching it to the light is difficult with the small wheel that is used to secure the clamp. Attaching the clamp to the handlebar is heartbreaking because it is difficult to install. I had no confidence that it wouldnât work itself loose or the clamp lever would let go. Knog can do better!
