Short on daylight, long on ride time.
Putting in the extra hours in the office might be a blessing on your paycheck, but it can leave you scrambling and a little panicked when you remember you rode your bike in today, and are short on light for the trip home. Not to worry, though, with the Knog PWR Commuter 450 Headlight you'll have no issues spotting potholes and road debris as you weave your way out of the city and back to your humble abode. This light might be small in stature, at only 85-grams and shy of 10cm long, but it offers a big punch of light in the darkness with up to 450-lumens to ignite the pavement ahead. It comes equipped with six different light modes, allowing you to toggle between them with a twist instead of fumbling for buttons with your riding gloves on, and is modular for versatility. By modular, we mean that this light serves more than one purpose, allowing you to use its power bank for charging other devices if your phone or GPS is getting low, so you can keep everything charged and good to go for the commute.
The PWR Commuter also has the ability to be programmed for your needs using the ModeMaker app, so you can inform the light of how long your ride home is, ensuring you'll have a healthy glow from start to finish. The PWR Commuter shares things in common with the PWR Rider, using the same light head and lumen output, but the Commuter opts for a smaller, more economical battery, which doesn't last quite as long, but still performs well for those with a 45-minute to 2-hour rides. The light mounts to your handlebars with a stretchy silicone mount which enables you to strap the light to traditional round bars, or aero bars, either on the top of the bar or underneath, depending on your personal preferences.

Doesn't hold charge well
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Unfortunately, this lamp doesn't last very long on one charge. Essentially, the charge lasts a day. I would return this if I could.
Very bright. Mounts easily. Still waiting to see how long a charge will last.
