This Joules jacket is a high quality rain jacket- from the lining to the outer material, you can feel the durability and softness at your fingertips. The hem line along the bottom is also a nice feature- it drops a bit lower in the back providing more coverage from the rain. My only reason for not giving 5 stars would be that the shoulders are a bit tight. I had just a simple, regular long sleeve tee underneath and the shoulders were a bit tight and constricting. However I think this could be avoided by sizing up.
