A lively reincarnation of Jackson Kayak's iconic play boat, the 2018 Rockstar Kayak is built to seamlessly slip through whitewater features, cartwheel off of waves, and spin like a top thanks to its redesigned hull. The ends are now more slice-y than ever, which makes this version of the Rockstar proficient at stalling and linking moves together. And, the improved hull gives this 'yak an edge-to-edge feel that's predictable when surfing and capable of taking on some major airs. Being slightly heavier than the Rockstar Competition, this edition of the Rockstar has a composite-reinforced hull track that is equipped to withstand some major punishment at the play-spot.

The Rockstar is outfitted with all the comforts of a Jackson Kayak, which means it comes standard with the Happy Feet foot bag and Sweet Cheeks bucket seat. The Sweet Cheeks system allows you to customize the chair's fit simply by sitting in the seat and then removing the excess air through the valve, leaving the chair formed to your very own special behind. Not only does this make the seat more comfortable, but it helps absorb impact and allows for a more responsive feel. The Happy Feet footbag works using the same principle, and allows you to obtain the perfect fit quickly by putting your feet into the preformed foot bag. Ultimately, all this fancy jargon boils down to more time spent on the water, and less time cramming foam in your boat.
