Definitely different than anything I’ve ever owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More of an anorak than a hoodie. Order as size up so that you can layer underneath. It’s a little odd. It has a zipper on the side but it’s really good for storm weather days in the mountains.

Excellent quality and color.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality item and color. The cut takes a bit to get used to while in it but looks good from the outside. Pocket closures and drawstrings are a bit peculiar as well. I'm sure it's just a question to be worn in. Comfortable for the layers.

Merinoloft Westerly Long Sleeve Hooded Pullover T
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snug fit. So a smaller M than i had thought. But still a keeper. Love the colour for my trails walking in the South African bush.

Excellent!
The hood is blended into the back... no wind gets through like on a regular sweatshirt... Fishing is great!

Kinda boxy but still awesome.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An awesome garment even if it’s a little left of center. Asymmetrical I’m all the best ways.

Good and warm nyt bit boxy
This is a warm piece but bit boxy and big on size. Because of that it takes easily layers underneath. Rights side zipper and the drawcord on hem also don't work that well togerher. Despite these I do like this piece. It keeps warmth really well and keeps the wind outside.

Fashion or function? (Neither)
I would classify this as an anorak (pullover/no front opening). The common problems with anoraks are that they overheat easily, and have no easy way of dumping heat. Yes there is a side zipper (right side) that acts like an armpit vent for the hip, but unless ur in a windy area, dumping heat from the side is a little slow, at least for me. Another interesting point is that the right side of the pocket is not zippered, whereas the left is. The fit is relaxed, im 5'9, 150+lbs and I purchased an M and a S. M doesn't look out of place for the style, S is still loose looking. The color is expensive looking. Merinoloft is good. For $370 it is not worth it. Not technical enough with only the left pocket zippered, no armpit vent for heat dump. It is not enough of a business casual fashion statement for the price too with it being too baggy/boxy. Discounted to 270 isn't worth it either in my eyes. Yes there is a nice gimmick where they give u a banana bag where u can stuff the jacket into to make it into a neck pillow.

Versatile pull over
Perfect top for taking the littles skiing! Great for snowshoeing too, surprised and impressed with the warmth for layering.
