coat is great. dog is rubbish.
Lovely warm coat. Unfortunately my dog ate the package and tore a hole in it after a miscommunication with delivery people. đ I still love the coat and will patch it though.

My favourite jacket for the city and travel
It's light but warm, feels great, perfect for office and errands but also dressy. I'm taking it on my travels as it's a comfortable fit, great for layering (went one size up) and has a very nice hood for wet weather. The grey is a classy shade and price was terrific as I found it on Icebreaker's Last Chance sale!

A jacket that's felty warm
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Merino felt, being very durable, makes an excellent fabric choice for an often worn jacket. Grey is a shade that always lives up to the ever present need for practicality, and it looks wonderfully natural of course. This is a very warm jacket that I wear with or without a 3/4 length wind breaker, depending on the strength of the North wind. The fit couldn't be better. The pocket for my phone is just right. Also right, with regards to the cut of the jacket, is the amount of freedom allowed within potential friction areas of the axilla, upper torso and hips, so relaxing while moving around is easy.

Modern and classy, all at once
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Perfect fit, very confortable. Only bad note is the zipper, king of hard to get on. I bought an other jacket for my mother previously and it is the same issue. A bit of a shame to pay so much money for good wool but to have a bad zipper. I was hoping for metal too and not plastic... But the rest is great.

Ainsworth Women's Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is soft and very warm. I wear it with a shirt in -3C and I'm fine. It can even handle a light to moderate wind at that temperature. I like that the length hits me lower than a standard jacket, completely covering my bum. I am 5'4" and about 118lbs and ordered a small. I could have sized down, but this allows me to layer if I want. It is not so big as to be baggy despite the little bit of extra room. Overall, very happy with this jacket.

Womenâs Merino Ainsworth Hooded Jacket
I bought this coat to hopefully replace the function of a similar styled sheepskin coat I have owned and loved for over thirty years. Itâs purpose has been to keep me warm outside on our very coldest English winter days.
