Where have these been all my life?

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Small

I usually stick to the Icebreaker Sprite Hipkini for all my under-needs.

I hadn't heard of Houdini before, so I was willing to give it a go. To be perfectly honest I found the description of 75% merino + 25% silk to be utterly alluring.
I can honestly say the fit is a little bit better than Icebreaker's (which is perfectly acceptable by the way). This option offers just a tiny bit more coverage (less cheeky) but is in no way less alluring. If you're into the whole boy short thing--that is.

I love these. Just added another to my cart and will probably indulge when the sensation arises.

in all of the product images the leg band looks like it's squeezing a bit - does it?

Not on me, but that will totally vary from woman to woman. FYI I tried another pair of Houdini briefs and they were FAR too small in the size small. I'm not sure if their sizing is consistent across the board. I'd say this one fits true to size, I have fairly large skier thighs for my size/weight and this style is really comfy with no resitriction.
