Like most HOKA ONE ONE shoes, the Speedgoat 2 features a supreme amount of cushion underfoot, while the durable, injection molded midsole helps enhance your transitions and defend your foot from trail-side obstacles. Additionally, the Balance Meta-Stage Geometry propels your stride forward, allowing you to make the most of your energy and cadence. The Vibram MegaGrip sole features 4mm lugs that grip and rip whether you're powering up dusty trails or down loose and dusty descents. And, last but not least, HOKA endowed the Speedgoat a 4.5-millimeter drop to encourage a natural, repeatable foot roll to decrease fatigue and increase efficiency.
