Them's fighting words.
The moment that the words, "snowball fight," are hollered, it's in everyone's best interest to scatter and prep for the onslaught of snowy chaos with their respective chainmail, shield of choice, and boxing gloves. So prepare for the worst and make sure they wear the armor-ready Hestra Freeride Jr Mitten for Kids'. A formidable foe against wayward elements, these gloves are equipped with a waterproof membrane, tanned leather, and synthetic Fiberfill insulation. - Q & A
They fit and work great
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: 4
Keep my little snowboarder happy and warm. Definitely a little pricey, but if you can afford it they will be happy.
They are not the warmest, and really only good for spring days when skiing/snowboarding. If you want the warmer mittens get the Heli Ski Mittens.
Size chart is right on, I bought size 4 for my 7 year old and he is on the smaller size of children...but should get one full season out of them.
WE will continue to buy if money is not tight.
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
You can't go wrong with Hestra, ever. These are the perfect mittens for my nephew who is learning how to rip up the slopes.
Does the white get dirty really easily?
I would say that over time the white will get some dirt on it but with some regular washing and a treatment on the leather would help repel any dirt.
