Keep it together and ready to go, or not.
What was supposed to be a calm and organized night packing for a trip can quickly turn into an early-morning rush job when you check the weather and realize you have all the wrong clothes for the conditions. But don't stress it too much, because the Haglöfs Lava 50 Duffel will accommodate your disordered, wad-and-stuff packing strategy thanks to a cavernous main compartment, so you can quickly cram everything and anything you think you might need and sort it out once you reach your destination. And as an added bonus, Haglöfs threw in an external pocket, so try to remember to put your passport and boarding pass in there before you run out the door.

- Q & A
Can you please give me the dimensions on the bag?
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Used it as a check-in bag, it is very tough, all buckles and zippers are securely placed. All the grab handles are comfortable. The backpack straps need a little time to be connected to the bag, but they are comfortable: 30 minutes walk with the bag as a backpack full of clothes and with some snacks from train station to accommodation was surprisingly convenient.
