Bravissimo re: Giro Bravo Gel gloves, Both hands sound like one hand clapping. Two Opposable Thumbs Up.
I purchased these gloves mainly because of the price point and color - Olive greens make me feel warm and tingly all over - and the Giro brand name.
I don't know if they're still made in Italy, but I do know of at least one case when Italian laborers walked off the job rather than sign their name to inferior quality, they don't sign off on their work, unless they're satisfied with long-term quality, and the best Italian leather works leaves the Peloton of sub-leather workers in the dust.
These gloves appear to be stitched well and padded nicely, with sweet spots right where you want them.
I'd call my hand size more medium large, so I got the Large, which fit very snugly. My only thought about hedging on ordering them, would be to think about getting the next full size larger than you think you may need, in that Italian anatomy may be somewhat overstated?
Other than that, I don't see one going wrong in the purchase of them...granted, I must shtumpulate to being something of a green rider.
Be safe, and keep a Hawkeye out for the Loony drivers,
