GiordanaVero Pro Orica Team Bib Short - Men's

Add some fun to your game.

Despite the success it's enjoyed at cycling's highest level—and all the hard work and professionalism it took to earn that success—the riders and staff of Orica have always found time to clown around. Music videos; recreations of grand tour stages with toys, asparagus, and cans of tuna fish; and a general geniality pervade the team, proving that cycling is ultimately about having fun, even at the tippy top of the game. Celebrate that spirit with Giordana's Vero Pro Orica Men's Team Bib Short, and indulge in a little lighthearted play on your next ride.

The only differences between the Vero Pro and the standard Vero are the team graphics and a new, proprietary fabric blend that lets Giordana sublimate those graphics onto the shorts. The Vero Pro has the same gently compressive Lycra through the crotch and inner thighs, the same wide leg gripper bands, and the same barely-there mesh bib straps. They've also got the same Cirro OmniForm chamois, a final touch whose blend of comfort and odor-resistance have made the Vero a base mile workhorse for many of us at the Competitive office.

  • Team-branded bib shorts that celebrate cycling's inherent fun
  • Compressive, supportive material blend helps reduce fatigue

Italian quality

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I've ridden bikes since '85, my first pair of cycling shorts were wool and had a leather chamois....things have advanced some since then and I've ridden in a lot of the major manufacturers over the years (Assos, Castelli, Garneau, Giordana, Craft) and Giordana has always been my go to kit for riding.

The chamois is perfect and cushions in all the right places. The leg length isn't too long or short (I don't have long femurs so this is important to me). The grippers stay in place and hold leg/knee warmers up just fine. The fit/finish of the bibs work well. The suspenders and back mesh are very comfortable.

I'm not a trade team 'fan-boy', it was the quality of the product coupled with the sale price that drove me to buy these. All in all...you really can't go wrong.

These shorts are pretty good!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: Small

I think they run a little big. I normally wear small and these were a little to big for me. The chamois are good for medium rides (40 to 65 miles)
