Bad customer service
The customer service for backcountry is a joke these days. I called in my order but they took down the wrong address and sent this water bottle to the wrong house, across town. They first asked me to drive 45 min to retrieve the bottle, of which I refused and asked for a refund. They then refunded me for the bottles but not the shipping! Now the agent I have been working with, Elizabeth C., is ghosting me on the emails I have been sending her. Just another corporation sucking the sole out of what used to be a cool company.
