Lotus 115 RP C Powderworks Ski
DPS knew they had created something truly unique with the Alchemist RP when it comes to maximizing enjoyment in soft snow conditions. Although for some, there was a desire for more when it came down to performance in less-than-ideal snow conditions like crud or tracked-up powder, as well as charging steep fall lines. Thusly, the Lotus 115 RPC Powderworks edition of the ski was born and the esteemed Alchemist shape was revised to become a powerful, crud-busting weapon for resort and sidecountry skiers looking to push their limits. A slightly longer sidecut radius encourages arcing longer turns at speed, catering to big-mountain skiers and resort chargers. The slightly stiffer flex profile is complemented by decreased tip and tail height to plane more predictably in variable snow, and provide stability when doing so.
- Directional charger is suited for variable snow and steep terrain
- 115mm waist excels in soft snow yet is remarkably maneuverable
- Tip and tail rocker supplies excellent float and smooth pivoting in trees
- Sandwich construction offers durability at a touring-friendly weight
- 18m turn radius excels in high-speed scenarios and open spaces
- Stiffer core responds well to powerful turns in variable snow conditions
Recommended Sizing Guide
Your ski size is largely determined by both your skiing ability and your preferred style of skiing. For example, an expert skier in Vermont will ski a far different ski than an expert in British Columbia. So take a look at our chart and explanations and find your perfect fit. Your weight also plays a large factor in finding the right ski. If you are either under or over average weight for your height consider downsizing or upsizing, respectively.
