    Lotus Grom F99 Ski

Built for kids who possess an inherent taste for powder, the Kids' Grom Lotus 99 Ski offers up the same construction and performance of DPS's bigger, hard-charging skis in a smaller but no less powerful package. The 99 millimeter waist is wide enough to float through waist-deep powder, and the rockered tip and tail add a surfy, easy-to-turn feel that will have your little shredder smiling from ear to ear. Camber underfoot gives the ski a grounded, grippy feel on steep hardpack and pristine corduroy, because not every day can be a powder day, but every day on skis should still be fun.

The Grom Lotus 99 is built around DPS's Foundation construction for a unique blend of power, stiffness, and playfulness. Carbon inserts keep the ski wonderfully strong and stable at high speeds, and offer dampness, while fiberglass, combined with the poplar and wood core, further dampens the ski yet maintains a responsiveness and pop that'll keep your grom happy from first chair to last.

    • Powder-hungry ski for hard-charging kids
    • 99mm waist provides effortless float in deep snow
    • Rockered tip and tail offer surfy feel and easy turn initiation
    • Camber underfoot carves corduroy and hardpack
    • Poplar and bamboo core keep ski energetic and stable
    • Foundation construction employs carbon and fiberglass for dampness

    Awesome ripping kids ski

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

When looking for a gift for a up and coming little cousin ripper I wanted to get her something that would be better for the pow here in Utah. She has advanced greatly in the last year and her old skis at 80ish underfoot just didn't give her the float she wanted. She has loved these thus far, they do much better in deep snow and she can still rip groomers and turn in tight trees. She might be a DPS girl for life!

    How to Size:

Ski length is primarily determined by your child's weight and skiing ability, in respect to their height.
For beginners and cautious skiers, keep ski length on the shorter side.
For your little ripper, ski length should lean towards the top of the range.
Kids' ski height should fall between their upper chest and eye level.
