DeFeet Cyclismo 5in Sock

Comfort is king.

Toss lesser socks aside for the premium performance and comfort of the DeFeet Cyclismo 5in Socks. Designed in conjunction with DeFeet's professional athletes, these cycling socks feature a lightly compressive 5-inch cuff for optimal blood flow and support, with a left- and right-specific design for an anatomically correct fit. ThermoCool fabric actively wicks moisture off your feet, preventing the clammy, sweaty feel that's common on long rides in sweltering conditions. The No-Feel-Toe-Seams prevent irritation along the sock's toe by tucking in the seams to prevent unwanted rubbing. Additionally, the Cyclismo 5in Socks use Meta-pads along the ball of the foot for extra cushioning.

  • Lightly compressive 5-inch cuff
  • Left- and right-specific fit
  • ThermoCool fabric (polyester blend)
  • No-Feel-Toe-Seams (tucked-in seams)
  • Meta-pads (lightly padded at ball of foot)

Nice Fitting, Look The Part...

  • Fit: True to size

I prefer DeFeet or Rapha socks for cycling. These socks are nice but I prefer the feel of the "Aireator" sock over the "cyclismo". The 5" height is perfect, fit excellent and very durable sock. Work well for a large range of temps, but not for winter. The waffle pattern of these socks is not as comfortable for me as wearing the Aireator style and the extra padding in the ball of the foot on the Cyclismo starts to bother me on long rides. Overall, still one of the best socks out there.

sick awesome socks

  • Fit: True to size

These socks I ordered due to the decals on the new bike. The colors matched perfectly well. Sort of surprisingly it also rides great on long and short rides. Strong material, easy to pull on and off.

Awesome socks

Perfect fit, nice construction. I'm so glad I bought 3 pairs as these are my new favorite socks!

Better than described

  • Fit: Runs small

I love these socks!! I want more! The do fit a little small...slightly tighter than some others

Socks wear out FAST

I wore these socks a handful of times and found my big toe had already ripped through the front. If they were more durable they'd be great, but not worth the money when they're not wearable after a few uses.

Great fit, easy to wash, comfortable to wear, quality fabric, durable, all adding up to my favorite socks to cycle in.

The best sock with great comfort!

I love DeFeet socks because of the great comfort they provide. This sock offers a thin, lightweight solution for cycling. It helps to add no seams and avoids any unnecessary discomfort. Definitely my go to for cycling socks.

    Fave cycling sock by far

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These are my favorite cycling socks by far, and I've even started using them for running, ice climbing, and skiing! Great durability and breathability.

    My Favorite Bike Accessory!

These socks are my favorite because they're breathable but not too cool, so they are a great versatile item to have in your wardrobe. I also love all of the colors that they come in -- pink is the best of course! I love wearing these socks and they definitely make you stand out.

The large sock will fit you best.

    Maybe the best DeFeet socks?

I'm a DeFeet fanboy. I probably have more DeFeet socks (all models) than most people. It's a problem. I'm not getting help, SO STOP PUSHING ME MAN!

    Sorry for the outburst...

    Anyway...

These seem to fit a bit better, and are slightly more compressive, and that's a good thing. Plus the 5" cuffs. Sh*t just looks pro, which is half the battle anyway, right?

And they are thin! No issue wearing them with the tight road shoes. You listening Hincapie?

I'm amassing another CC order right now, and a couple more pair of Cyclismo socks will be on that order.

    Love these bad boys

I use these for road riding in SoCal and I have to say after being recommended by a friend and finally getting a pair I truly do love them. No seams, no discomfort, and also reduces hot spots if you get 'em. Great sock--I highly endorse.

    Love em

With a drawer full of cycling socks, these are the ones I always grab. Love the taller cuff and pad on forefoot. Absorbs a fair bit of road vibration. The seams in the toe box are great. Never had a rub or any discomfort with them!

How is the fit? If the shoe size is men's 10, which is better M or L? Don't want bunching if Large is too big, but don't want to small w/ the Med. Thanks

    Perhaps my favorite socks

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Cyclismos perform almost like a base layer for the foot, consistently wicking away the moisture that's derivative of shoe covers, friction, or just plain-old heat. As a result, I always stay dry, regardless of the conditions. The feel across the mid- and forefoot is exceptional, and the socks' hold on the legs never waivers over the course of a long ride. Easily, though, my favorite aspect of these socks is that the seams are structured externally. Robert Forrester really said it best in that socks have been historically designed counter to logic. With external seams, DeFeet has righted this wrong.

Those socks will make you 2 mph faster

    Just kidding.

I do love those socks though. Very comfy, warm when you need this, ventilated when you need that. Nice stretch around the foot and the little metatarsal pad seems to do its job. No hot spots.
