DAKINE Underwood Flannel Jersey - Men's
DAKINEUnderwood Flannel Jersey - Men's

Like your favorite, but better.

You know how hard it is to peel yourself off the couch and away from your favorite flannel when it's time to go for a ride. If you've ever given into temptation and tried to ride with that soft, fuzzy flannel, you also know that it's not a good idea. Instead of ending up a sweaty mess halfway into your initial climb, leave your old favorite at home and ride with the Dakine Underwood Flannel Jersey instead. Made with synthetic yarns, this jersey has the look and feel of your favorite flannel, but the ability to breathe as you start to heat up. It's ideal for shoulder season riding, when early sunsets and brisk evenings necessitate an extra layer for warm-ups and chilly descents.

  • Layer up with the comfort of a flannel on cool descents
  • Soft polyester and rayon yarns breathe as you sweat
  • Regular fit layers easily over a jersey or tee
  • Odor-resistant treatment lets you skip a few washes

Not sure if to give this 3 or 4 stars...

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

So...I like the jersey - I REALLY like it. In fact, I have this gray one and the blue one. It fits well, looks great, BUT... at the end of cold rides, it gets COLD. I don't know if I expected it to do a better job of wicking the sweat away, or if it's because I wear a backpack when riding, but I have done two decent (11-16 mile) rides recently where I was FREEZING at the end because it stayed wet. So, I gave it four stars because I still use it on shorter rides, and still wear it even when I am not riding. Just make sure you take something to change into at the end of any long/cold rides...

Men’s Brick Flannel Jersey (Dakine)

  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Small

I bought the jersey for my son as a Christmas present. The Jersey was a hit! Very good quality and perfect fit.

Bought the Red and the Black

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

A durable and stylish flannel. A bit on the stiff side, but still plenty comfortable. Great for the office or a ride. I'm 5'8" and roughly 165 and the medium fits great. Would prefer it a bit looser for rides, but fits great for work or around town. You won't be disappointed with this pickup.

Dakine doing their thing

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large

Dakine has always been my go to for inexpensive solid products. This flannel is no exception. It is comfortable, fits well, and holds up when you take a digger. My only complaint is the sleeves are a bit narrow through the wrist.

Great fit and quality.

This is a great flannel, not very light but not heavy at all, the quality is great and I love the fit, I got the "brick" color and looks so cool, easily become one of my favorite shirts.

Loved the First, Bought a Second

Love these flannels! Bit on the heavier side, but great for riding, work, or the bar. Bought the red and black and love them both. Would highly recommend you pick up one or more.

Awesome shirt for lounging or biking

The material has a little bit of stretch and is just a touch on the heavy side. Its not a thick shirt it just has a little weight to it. I could have fit in the medium or large but the medium was just a little short in the sleeves and a touch tight in the back.
