The Dakine Men's Smyth II Jacket serves up a serious dose of wateproof and breathable protection, so you can quit worrying about getting and cold and wet and get on with riding more pow. Its Gore-Tex shell acts as a wall between you and the elements, and it is constructed with fully taped seams to prevent moisture from seeping through. For those days you're hiking to your favorite powder stash, Dakine threw in two large underarm vents to let body heat escape. Wrist gaiters with thumbholes eliminate the pesky gap that can form between your gloves and the jacket's cuffs. Meanwhile, a fixed powder skirt ensures you don't end up with a cold shot of snow up your back when you wipe out on a flat landing after sending a big backcountry drop.
