I love these energy chews, especially the caffeine version. They taste great, are easily digestible, and perfect for a quick boost of energy on the trail or long climb. Lots of great flavors to choose from as well!

This is my go to product for long bike rides. It provides great energy and is easy on your stomach. I recently used this product along with a couple regular cliff bars on a century ride around Bear Lake, UT and it worked perfectly. It provides calories, carbs and electrolytes eliminating the need to consume three different products and I highly recommend this product.

These are the best for any activity! I use them for ski touring, cycling, running, hiking, and climbing. If these don't actually make your activities safer, you'll certainly feel like they do.

but not really, these are just tasty little energy boosts while doing any activity that tastes great help you sweat less and keep your liquids for yourself! Also, I feel like these always work better if you yell something ridiculous as you're eating them it helps to activate the electrolytes and fruity deliciousness for maximum awesomeness.

Safer Than Real Margaritas on a Ride

    Yes, the Margarita flavor is one of my go-to's for centuries. I find these much more palatable after 70 miles than Clif Bars and the extra sodium is delicious. Other flavors are decent too although I haven't worked up the nerve to try Spearmint.

      I ordered the black cherry with Caffeine and they taste so good. They're like black cherry kool-aid with caffeine. Clif knows what they're doing here.

      The orange with caffeine is super tasty. I like to take a pack on longer hikes to get that little burst of extra energy towards the end of the hike.

        Love these, I can always stuff my face no matter how nervous I am before a race with these. If I'm doing a Crit I'll lick them and line up a row on the top tube, I don't recommend licking them for any dirt rides, they get a little gritty! Gel shots are a thing of the past, these are so easy to eat, no sticky fingers, and my jersey pocket does look like a toddler's face at the chocolate factory. Cliff Shot Bloks are my go to nutrition on the bike, don't leave home without it.

          Don't put these on your pizza, but you can use these on any bike ride for some mid-ride calories. They taste amazing and unless you need calories on the go much better option than GU.

          I picked these up before an ultra as I have gotten a little sick of gels. The tropical punch with the caffeine helped give me the rocket fuel I needed to push through and come out at the finish line. The texture of gels had started to bug me so I figured gummies would be the next step and I certainly am not disappointed.
