Most comfortable and Most colorful sandals ever!
The absolute best sandal that I have ever worn! I get compliments all the time on them, as they are very colorful! They go with everything, every color, every style! Wear with shorts for casual, and long pants for Palm Springs casual!

New straps and soles are junk.
New straps are too thin and slippery compared to the old straps . The news soles are junk compared to the Vibram soles. Bring back the old quality straps and soles.

Dog ate my first pair - second pair are awesome!
My puppy ate my beloved chacos and I had to replace them. They were seven years old. The replacement pair are just as wonderful as the pair that Duke ate!

Best sandals hands down.
My original Z2 sandals I’m replacing were bought in 1998, they will be missed. The new ones do weight a lot less!!

New kind of freedom.
Fits like a glove only it’s a sandal. Comfortable and really grabs my feet. Unlike some others my foot stays in the sandal even over rough terrain. No slipping forward and out.

Comfortable and versatile, even for a bad back
I tend to wear nothing but Chaco Z2 sandals for 9 months out of the year! (And I live in Wisconsin, so that means wearing them even in cold weather.) I have some chronic back issues, and Chacos are one of the few shoes that don't aggravate the pain.

I own 4 pairs
Except for the dead of winter (OK, I live in a climate classified as "cool mediterranean") and DEFINITELY when I travel south, I do everything but sleep in these sandals. I took a pair around the world once. The best thing for rocky beach exploration, fossicking (I'm a rockhound) a muddy reservoir edge, and great for river rafting. they look great and you don't feel as under-dressed in a restaurant as you do in flipflops.
